<p> Financial Transaction Reports</p><p>The financial transaction reports allow your agency to run summary and detailed financial reports “as of” any time. A transaction is recorded whenever there’s a financial change to a claim. The transaction never changes, thus allowing financial calculations to be easily obtained by simply summing the transaction type and the amount. </p><p>Prior to setting these reports up for your agency, please chose one of the options from the Transaction Date Calculation option column for each transaction type. We will use the selected option when calculating your financials. Note: Please check the box below and fax to 516.977.3354</p><p>Transaction Type Transaction Date Calculation Option Paid  Trans System Date (date transaction entered into the system)  Trans Type Date (billing cycle date)  Deposit Date (deposit date of check linked to the payment. This report includes detailed patient and claim information, as well as financial transaction amounts. Paid and Void transactions are calculated using the Transaction Date Calculation chosen and the transaction amount. Charge transactions are calculated using the date original billed and original billed amount. If paid is selected as the Trans type, then the date of deposit and check number will be displayed. If Void is selected as the Trans type, then the void reason and user who voided will be displayed.</p><p>Transactions - Monthly Summary Summary of financial transaction calculations per month. Paid and Void transactions are calculated using the Transaction Date Calculation chosen and the transaction amount. Charge transactions are calculated using the date original billed and original billed amount. To run a detailed report to list the claims to back up the summary calculations, use the Transactions - Details report.</p><p>Transactions - DOS Analysis Financial transaction report based on criteria selected with data grouped by Date of Service (DOS). Paid and Void transactions are calculated using the Transaction Date Calculation chosen and the transaction amount.
