<p>Leadership Meeting Minutes 11/15 </p><p>Committees</p><p> Parent Celebration- 77 People signed up to eat with children for Parent Luncheon. Piggly Wiggly donating dessert for Parent Luncheon and staff are providing tea. </p><p>Basket Raffle items are ready and tickets will be on sale soon.</p><p>Coin Drive- Winning class will receive a prize</p><p>Can PTO money be split so that committees receive some money each year for supplies? TBA</p><p> Awards Committee- Nothing to report</p><p> Student Celebration Committee- Nothing to report</p><p> PTSO/ Parent Contacts- New Parent contact sheets were put in teachers’ boxes. Nothing to report on PTSO</p><p>Meeting</p><p> New Duty Roster sent out so PreK kids will have someone with them every morning for breakfast</p><p> Considering having Fall Festival as a fundraiser next year. May have hay rides, games, bounce houses and video game systems. Maybe not trick or treating</p><p> Holiday Program- December 1st at 6:30 pm with the PTSO meeting before. Also will have program on December 2nd at 9:00 am</p><p> Santa will be here on December 16th. Each grade level will be called for their turn starting at 9:00 am</p><p> Staff Holiday Party- Thursday, December 15th at 6:00pm at FLK. Calling Smithfield to see if they can cater. We will have a game for the staff</p><p> Every volunteer for the classrooms must undergo a background check</p><p> Suggestion- We need a wheelchair accessible to students on campus in case of an emergency. Mrs. Allen looking in to this</p><p> School age students are not allowed to be physically picked up when loading and unloading from the bus.</p><p> One of our school improvement goals is to build staff morale. Suggestions for building morale- The first Friday of every other month the staff could go out to dinner together. Do something on workdays or early dismissal days.
