(ESP)</p><p>WHEREAS, Environmental Systems Products, Inc. has in the past serviced the Southampton Police Department’s NYTEST Unit equipment; and</p><p>WHEREAS, the company has been reliable in the past and the Police Chief of the Town of Southampton recommends the Town enter into a service agreement for one year, now, therefore, be it</p><p>RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Southampton authorizes the Supervisor, subject to approval by the Town Attorney’s Office, to sign an agreement with ESP for an annual service contract in an amount not to exceed $3,458.00 plus tax.
