<p> MIDD-WEST HIGH SCHOOL CLASS OF 2010</p><p>Dear Senior Parents: January 22, 2010</p><p>Plans have begun for an all night “Post Graduation Celebration” to be held from 11 PM to 6 AM on June 2nd and 3rd at the MACC in Beaver Springs.</p><p>The purpose of this parent-sponsored celebration is to provide our seniors with a safe, fun-filled and memorable evening before parting ways for college and jobs. Graduates and their guests (additional cost) may engage in activities such as DJ music, dancing, basketball and volleyball. Movies and video games may also be available. Refreshments and food will be available throughout the night. In the past, an inflatable obstacle course and tricycle racing were made available. </p><p>In order to secure some of these planned activities, deposits will need to be paid. Additional funds will be needed to pay for prizes. We are requesting the parents of each senior planning to attend this celebration donate $10 toward advance payments for the above-mentioned items. We held our first meeting in October, 2009 to discuss the celebration. We would like to establish several committees (games/activities, food/decorations, fund raising, security and donations) by having another meeting on February 3, 2010 at Midd-West High School in Room 101 at 6:30 p.m. Please plan on attending to organize the above-mentioned committees and to prepare food/activities for the seniors, gather fundraising ideas and schedule additional parent meetings. PLEASE BRING ANY IDEAS WITH YOU TO THIS MEETING. Much planning is needed as soon as possible to provide our seniors with a wonderful graduation celebration.</p><p>Below you will find a brief survey which we ask you to complete and return with your donation of $10.00. Please bring it along to the meeting or if you are unable to attend, please send it to the school, Attention: Mrs. Rearick, Library by 2/25/10.
