<p> FORBES SHIRE COUNCIL 2015 FORBES YOUTH SHORT FILM FESTIVAL RULES AND REQUIREMENTS</p><p>Rules and Requirements 1 Entrants for the Junior Section must be aged between 13 and 17. 2 Entrants for the Senior Section must be aged between 18 and 24. 3 A maximum of 8 people per group entry. 4 Each team MUST nominate a producer/team manager and provide contact information. 5 Entries must be between 3-5 minutes in duration. 6 Animations and documentaries accepted. 7 Must be the film’s first public screening.
