Question: You can’t get into Banner Web Time Entry and/or get a message like this: </p><p>Answer: This means that your job has either not been set up yet or you are missing paperwork. Contact Student Employment at 781-891-2968 or via email at [email protected]</p><p>2. Question: You can get into your time sheet but can’t enter or modify the time you entered. </p><p>Answer: Look at the status of your time when you first enter Position Selection</p><p>Pending – you Submitted the time for approval. You can’t make any additions or changes. Contact your Supervisor and they can return it to you to correct</p><p>3. Question: You can’t see the Pay Period on Banner Web anymore Answer: The time entry period is closed for that pay period. Please note that you have until the Tuesday, 2:00 pm, after the Pay period ends to enter time.
