Previous Experience</p><p> Children have been introduced to ‘Scottish Culture’ through cross-curricular learning in preparation Successfor Criteria a whole Results school event on St Andrews Day – ‘ANext Celebration steps for of the Scottish children Culture’  Children, in groups, have researched the origins and design of tartan and compiled a mood board and proto-type tartan design.  Children have a working knowledge of the visual elements of Art and Design and the different media which can be used upon deployment of these elements.
