NDUS Lisa Johnson x</p><p>Old Business</p><p> Review and approval of January FUG minutes Not completed, tabled from last month Karen will track down minutes for January for next meeting. </p><p> Review and approve February Minutes – Jim motioned, Tess seconded. </p><p> DR: Transfer Report –NDSU Adam</p><p> o Further discussion from last month’s call- Feedback from 2yr. campuses</p><p> o Adam reported that it has been resolved. Adam will visit with Merideth to get clarification on where this project is going. </p><p>New Business</p><p> NDUS EMPLID wording (attachment)</p><p> o A work group will look at this communication to determine what should be sent, when and to whom. Heather and Mary will look to see if it can only go to undergrad. </p><p> Hobsons Annual Updates: timeline</p><p> o If you received an email from Lisa and have any questions about the timeline for updates let Lisa know. </p><p> Residency Desk Manual</p><p> o Contiguous state residents recorded as WUE as well. Can only be recorded as one or the other (updates)- Lisa </p><p> o Lisa gave an update on the process that was used to update the Residency Desk Manual.</p><p> o Legislature is discussing the financial feasibility of participating in WICHE and MSEP in light of the budget reductions.</p><p> Auto Admit Process (Heather)</p><p> o NDSU is testing Auto Admit in stage, let Heather know if your campus has any interest in pursuing this.</p><p>Page 2 of 3  Test new report Admissions 142 – please take some time to test in stage if possible. </p><p>Standing Items</p><p> Core Technology Services Report—Tom McNaughton & Staff</p><p> o Tom discussed some of the roadmap they are following. Asked for participation when we get to testing and updates.
