<p> THE METROPOLITAN WATER DISTRICT</p><p>OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA</p><p>ADDENDUM No. 2</p><p>RFP NO. 972</p><p>To all prospective respondents to Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 972, for which proposals will be received by The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan), Union Station Offices, 700 North Alameda, Business Resource Center, Fifth Floor, Room US5-113, Los Angeles, California 90012, until 3:00 p.m., PST, Wednesday, March 15, 2011.</p><p>The dates have changed for the Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference and for the Closing Date of the RFP. The new schedule is as follows:</p><p>Proposed Time Schedule </p><p>01/19/11 Release of RFP Solicitation</p><p>02/21/11 Submission of Request for Clarification questions, 3:00 p.m. PST</p><p>02/21/11 Confirmation to attend Pre-Proposal Meeting (Confirmation due by 3:00 p.m. PST)</p><p>02/23/11 Mandatory Pre-proposal Conference, 9:00 a.m. PST</p><p>02/24/11 Respondent Request for Clarification due by 3:00 p.m. PST</p><p>03/15/11 RFP Submittal Closing Date 3:00 p.m. PST</p><p>Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference </p><p>1. A Mandatory pre-proposal conference will be conducted from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at Metropolitan’s Union Station headquarters located at 700 North Alameda Street in downtown Los Angeles. Additional technical information will be presented to Consultants at this time. Sub-consultants/subcontractors are not required to attend the pre-proposal conference.</p><p>CONSULTANTS MUST PROVIDE WRITTEN CONFIRMATION via EMAIL TO JULIE HENKELS AT [email protected] TO ATTEND THE MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE BY FEBRUARY 21, 2011.</p><p>Request for Clarification </p><p>1. Firms requesting clarification pertaining to this RFP should submit all questions and requests by 3:00 p.m., PST, February 21, 2011, via email to Julie Henkels at [email protected]. At the mandatory pre- proposal conference, Metropolitan will respond to all questions and requests, as applicable. After the pre- proposal conference, additional questions will be received up to February 24, 2011, 3:00 p.m. PST.
