What do you consider to be the major accomplishments in your current and previous jobs as they relate to this position? </p><p>3. Meetings and working with diverse groups of people are essential parts of this job. How do you facilitate meetings and build consensus? </p><p>4. As Director of Curriculum and Instruction, what process would you use to develop, improve and evaluate curriculum in all content areas?</p><p>Follow-up: What steps would you take to improve identified areas of concern in the curriculum?</p><p>5. How do you build relationships with staff, community, the administrative team and the School Board?</p><p>Follow-up: How do you involve the District Curriculum Committee? 6.
