Tell us about yourself and why you are interested in this position. </p><p>2. What do you consider to be the major accomplishments in your current and previous jobs as they relate to this position? </p><p>3. Meetings and working with diverse groups of people are essential parts of this job. How do you facilitate meetings and build consensus? </p><p>4. As Director of Curriculum and Instruction, what process would you use to develop, improve and evaluate curriculum in all content areas?</p><p>Follow-up: What steps would you take to improve identified areas of concern in the curriculum?</p><p>5. How do you build relationships with staff, community, the administrative team and the School Board?</p><p>Follow-up: How do you involve the District Curriculum Committee? 6. What is the role of data driven decision making in the process of evaluating student achievement?</p><p>Follow-up: Tell us about your experience in interpreting and communicating testing and student progress data.</p><p>7. Describe your leadership experience relative to staff development and give specific examples as to how you determined the content that was provided. </p><p>8. Describe the content and process of a quality teacher evaluation system and how it fits into quality staff development programs. </p><p>9. How would you ensure that the adopted curriculum is being used effectively in the schools and in the classrooms. </p><p>10. What is your philosophy on program balance for students who want preparation for college and those who seek vocational program opportunities?</p><p>13.
