This library is updated at intervals and in the past has not had an upgrade path. The delivery of the library on a CD and transferring selected tasks via the “PM Task Details” screen Copy function provides Mercury Computer Systems with the ability to provide updates when and as they become available.</p><p>Mercury Computer Systems has obtained permission from the Standards Association of Australia to reproduce their standards for the above purpose. Using the text in any other format other than in BEIMS may contravene these permissions.</p><p>BEIMS General Features</p><p>BEIMS has many features that enhance it as a software product and gives people with limited computer understanding the ability to use the program. Some of these features include:</p><p>BEIMS Hot Keys</p><p>Hot keys are a combination(s) of keyboard keys, which when pressed simultaneously, are configured to perform specified functions. The Task Library will have to be licensed with a Mercury Computer Systems registration provided when the Task Library is purchased. 2. As the user, you will need to be running the CD from a PC with BEIMS loaded. </p><p>© Mercury Computer Systems Pty Ltd Page 4 of 15 Task Library – User Guide</p><p>Running the Task Library</p><p>Insert the CD into your CD drive. You have two options use the option that you feel comfortable with: 1. Via MS Windows Explorer view the CD drive. 2. Via the “Start/Run” menu</p><p>How do I Open the Task Library?</p><p>1. To run the Task Library, via MS Windows Explorer view the CD drive.  Double click on the:</p><p>2. To run the Task Library, via the “Start/Run” menu  Click on the button  Select “Run” from the popup menu</p><p>When the “Run” screen opens you have two options, either:  type the drive path and file (task lib) in this is example D:/ tasklib  then click on the button, or</p><p> click on the button</p><p>© Mercury Computer Systems Pty Ltd Page 5 of 15 Task Library – User Guide</p><p> select the drive, in this example Task Library (D:)</p><p>The “Browse” screen will be initialized</p><p> Select </p><p>When the “Run” screen opens, click on the button.</p><p>© Mercury Computer Systems Pty Ltd Page 6 of 15 Task Library – User Guide</p><p>The “BEIMS Task Library Explorer” screen will be initialized.</p><p>3. To view, click on the desired task with your, once.</p><p>5.
