<p> Conference Stipend Application</p><p>Two $85 registration stipends will be awarded to attend the 2008 KY AHEAD Conference at General Butler State Resort Park, May 20-21 (includes dinner banquet on May 20 and breakfast on May 21)</p><p>1.) Eligibility:</p><p>. Person working in Disability Services at a KY institution of higher learning . OVR or OFB Counselor who has consumers at a KY institution of higher learning . KY high school Special Education Teacher who works with transitioning students or is a Transition Specialist</p><p>2.) Criteria for Award: The Membership Development Committee will make awards decisions based on the following criteria:</p><p>. Well articulated goals . Professional achievement</p><p>3.) Requirements: The applicant is responsible for ensuring that all items are submitted to the Membership Development Committee by Monday, March 31, 4:00 p.m. EST.
