<p> Grade: 5 Week Of: February 29, 2016 Math Topic: Line Plots TN Ready Standard(s): 5.MD Convert like measurement units within a given measurement system 5.MD.2 Make a line plot to display a data set of measurement in fractions of a unit (1/2, ¼, 1/8). Use operations on fractions for this grade to solve problems involving information presented in line plots. For example, given different measurements of liquid in identical beakers, find the amount of liquid each beaker would contain if the total amount in al the beakers were redistributed equally. Learning Outcome(s) – I Can: -I can create a line plot with a given set of unit fraction measurements. -I can solve problems using data on a line plot. -I can organize data using a line plot.  Monday -Fluency/ Morning Work Activity - Complete and review TN Ready Practice Assessment - Complete s MIST Assessment - Complete a Journal entry- KWL Activity- 1.
