(DOLI), Terri Engel, David Forbes and Harvey Sandahl (DHS), Mike Nordby (MnSCU), Mike Hopwood and Amber Gretz (MN State Acadamies), Mike Zabel (Perpich Center), Robert Helgeson (OHE), Paul Kurtenbach and Sharon Ister (MDE), Sheldon Klugman (COM), Toni Golden and Roxanne Smith (MDA), Elaine Heikes (WCCA), David White (MN State Arts Board), Keith Deckert (DEED), Todd Jones and Isis Mateo (MDVA), Dan Boytim (DPS), and Paul Doyle (OMHDD)</p><p>Welcome and Introduction: Jeanine Kuwik welcomed the group, acknowledged the many non-regular attendees who came to hear the payroll presentation, and introduced Mary Muellner as the featured presenter.</p><p>Main Agenda: Mary Muellner gave a presentation about payroll time entry, payroll risks and controls, central payroll’s risk assessment experiences, and central payroll’s payroll-related expectations of statewide agencies.</p><p>Open Forum Topics:  Kuwik informed the group that MMB Commissioner Jim Schowalter would like to hear topics of interest for his upcoming presentation at the August 7 roundtable meeting. Within the next two weeks, IC&A will send a group email to the membership asking for ideas and suggestions.  Thone announced that the contract with the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) has been executed for that organization to present a one-day fraud risk management training session, with CPE, on Wednesday, November 19, 2014, in conjunction with the 2014 International Fraud Awareness Week.  Kuwik updated the group on the status of the revised Code of Conduct training presentation.  Thone announced that IPAD’s (2) data practices-related training sessions scheduled for early June have been filled. However, if you had interest in these sessions but were unable to register in time, contact IPAD directly and let them know of your interest as it might cause them to schedule additional sessions.  Helgeson initiated a conversation about data imaging and whether or not certain data should be redacted prior to imaging.</p><p>Next Roundtable Meeting:  Date: Thursday, August 7, 2014  Time: 9:00 – 11:00 a.m.  Host/Location: IC&A will host the meeting in the Lady Slipper Conference room located on the ground floor of the Centennial Bldg.  Agenda: 1. Presentation by MMB Commissioner, Jim Schowalter, on a topic TBD 2. Open Forum 3. Roundtable member social luncheon at Joseph’s Grill immediately following the meeting</p><p>1</p>
