Please sign-in at the (choose CPS or CIS) office at 1:45 p.m. A PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED! This is a SAFETY PRECAUTION. You will NOT be admitted to the party if you DO NOT have your ID. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF THIS POLICY! (extra note for CPS classes only for Halloween) *Prior to the Halloween Party, there is a parade at 1:45 p.m. (weather permitting only). Students typically exit the building through the front doors and follow the sidewalk around to the right, past the gym doors, between CPS and CIS, across the playground, and re-enter the school through the doors at the end of the specials hallway. Please feel free to watch your student in the parade before reporting to the classroom. A few other notes: -As a SAFETY PRECAUTION, all volunteers are REQUIRED to complete a Background Check for the 2017-18 school year. We will submit your names to the school. Once forms are available, we will notify you, and then you may go in to complete your form. You WILL NOT be admitted to the party if you DO NOT have a completed Background Check.
