Write the new sentences out in your literacy book. 1. The Mary Rose was Henry’s favourite warship. The Mary Rose was easily Henry’s favourite warship 2. Henry VIII named the ship after his sister. 3. Henry ordered an enormous ship to be built. 4. Henry watched the battle with the French from Southsea Castle. 5. The crew failed to close the gun ports. 6. Water flooded into the ship. 7. Henry watched the ship sink. 8. The Mary Rose sank within minutes. 9. Henry shouted to the ship’s crew. 10. Henry shook his head in rage.</p>
