Abhishek Kumar (not present)</p><p>Agenda:  Leadership Structure o two for each sub-phase o typically, one leader focuses on the project content and the other one takes care of things like deadlines, documents deliverables and follow up with delegated duties o leaders coordinate everything from project contents to team meetings, to presentations (where applicable) to submissions to corresponding with the TA/Prof to delegating as necessary</p><p>Team leaders per sub-phase:</p><p>Leader(s) Leader(s) Phase 1 Interim Owolabi Legunsen Frederico Araujo Phase 1 Final Jay Laughlin Caitlin Fowler Phase 2 Interim Paul Asere Zhenzhon Sun Phase 2 Final Tao Ran TO BE DECIDED </p><p> Team Work o list of individual skill set o work process:</p><p>1 . we split each sub-phase into subgroups that work on different parts, coordinated by the leaders . we shift responsibilities on each sub-phase except for the coding whish shall be shifted on a phase by phase basis . each subgroup shall give feedback to the whole group in due time for review before a submission deadline  Team website o Sam Shaw will be responsible for it. </p><p> Role Play - To do or not to do o There will be role play in the project</p><p> Second meeting day/Preparing for presentations o Subgroups can meet at their own convenience. However, we need to come together to practice before Presentations to practice and agree on what to present (need to time/cap presentation to 30) o Sunday before each presentation: 2pm for presentation practice o weekly meetings (when not the Sunday before presentation): 6pm online</p><p> Guidelines for working on document o the key to make this team work as effectively is that everyone should make an input on every document that is posted o when we work on documents, let us use comments to express disagreements/doubts and any other thing that we would like to discuss ON THE DOCUMENT ITSELF</p><p> Document for Thursday's submission o Completion -until Tuesday 12pm for the members to give input on the document, so we can solve any disputes after class Freeze time: Tuesday: 6pm o Formatting - Format the document in MS Word and make it ready for printing (Caitlin) - Wed, 12am o Printing- Paul Asere Thursday, bring to class. o Available for signing before class o minutes of this meeting - Fred</p><p> Any other Business? o We discussed group name and a list will be posted for suggestions.</p><p>Action Items: Item Assigned to Due date Finish preliminary document All members 1/25/2011 6pm</p><p>2 Format preliminary document Caitlin 1/26/2011 12pm Print preliminary document Paul 1/27/2011 in class Team website construction Sam 1/26/2011 Decide on team name All members 1/25/2011 6pm Decide on second leader for Phase 2 Final All members 1/25/2011 6pm</p><p>3</p>
