Pulver has been named partner at Shapiro Sher in Baltimore. Previously an associate, he has played a critical role in the growth of the firm’s Banking & Financial Services practice, which represents financial institutions throughout the Mid Atlantic. </p><p>Mr. Pulver primarily counsels lenders in commercial loan workouts and restructuring. He also represents clients in state and federal courts on a variety of other business and bankruptcy issues, including borrower fraud, fraudulent transfers, title claims, lender-liability defense, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, he has advised lenders, developers, and business owners on C&I and real-estate-financing transactions.</p><p>“Joe has been an asset to our clients for many years,” said Scott W.
