This conference is designed to present essential information and orient people currently serving on a vestry or bishop’s committee to the expectations of serving and the unique role they play in their church.</p><p>★Topics & Presenters Workshops on Leadership, Roles & Responsibilities, Governance, Finance, Administration, and Stewardship will be featured in the unique context of vestries. In addition there will be several Open Forums. Presenters include: Mary MacGregor - Canon for Leadership and Evangelism Bob Schorr - Manager of Church Plants and Strategic Development, former Jr. Warden Dave Bollinger - current Business Manager and member of Good Shepherd, Tomball, Congregational Coach, former member of the Executive Board, and retired energy executive</p><p>★Who Should Attend While attendance is open to anyone currently serving on a Vestry/Bishop’s Committee, first year Vestry and Bishop’s Committee members are strongly encouraged to attend as are clergy.
