<p> REMITTANCE VOUCHER</p><p>THE FINANCIAL SECRETARY receives all moneys from individuals, societies and zones, records them accurately and then transfers them to the LWML District Treasurer.</p><p>DISTRICT REMITTANCE VOUCHERS may be obtained from the Financial Secretary at no charge. Her name and address are included in each issue of The Kansas Sonshine.</p><p>VOUCHERS ARE USED to remit offerings for Mites, Day of Prayer, District Projects, God’s Gracious Gift Fund and Student Financial Aid Fund, as well as any special memorial gifts received. Societies also use vouchers to reimburse the District for Lutheran Woman’s Quarterly subscriptions and Web Site/Newsletter donations. </p><p>VOUCHERS SHOULD BE FILLED OUT COMPLETELY AND CLEARLY so the Financial Secretary knows exactly where the money is to be used and to whom credit should be given. Send the White and Yellow copies with one check. The Pink copy is retained by the sender.</p><p>MEMORIALS OR GIFTS should include the name of the person being remembered or honored.
