<p>Standardized eSignatures</p><p>As part of the ongoing CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Health System rebranding efforts, email signatures for everyone throughout the System will be formatted to ensure emails are standardized and professional. </p><p>All eSignatures, regardless of department or location, should follow the new prescribed format detailed below. There may be no variations from this approved format, including email backgrounds, photos, logos, quotes, different fonts or deleting any section of the approved signature.</p><p>Thank you for help implementing our new email signature! Please double check your eSignature matches the guidelines below; copy/paste does not always retain formatting.</p><p>The formatting should match automatically, but formatting details are below in case you need to manually select the correct font/size/color:  There is no logo in the eSignature.  All contact information is 12pt font, the “®" is 8pt font and the disclaimer is 10pt font.  The website URL may automatically default to blue.
