Include the following:</p><p> Define the meaning of sanitation and safety as they relate to food service operations. Explain why these concepts are important.</p><p> Find a food service operation such as a hotel, restaurant, bakery, or cafeteria and interview the manager in order to analyze their procedures to uphold sanitation and safety standards. You will also be completing the following:</p><p> o Conduct a mock inspection by completing a Food Facility Self Inspection form (provided by instructor). </p><p> o Ask the manager how their operation stays within the parameters of local regulatory control.</p><p> o As the manager about the main challenges that may occur in regards to sanitation and safety.</p><p> o What solutions are applied to the challenges? </p><p> What solutions would you recommend to help solve the challenges presented?</p><p> Be prepared to share your report in class via power point presentation. </p><p>Paper Details:</p><p> Minimum 4 pages – APA Format Power Point presentation to be presented in front of class. No fewer than 3 references and please cite your sources according to APA format. Your report must be type written.
