Skill development and participation will foster the development of positive attitudes toward a lifetime commitment to physical activity. May Health-related fitness, core strength, complex skills, games, tactics and strategies, alternate environment, body management, volunteerism and leadership, respectful behaviour June Health-related fitness, core strength, alternate environment, respectful behavior.</p><p>Dress Code/ Gym Uniform: RCHS t-shirt, black shorts, RCHS sweat pants, and RCHS hoodies are available to be purchased at Athlete's Haven. Gym clothes can also be brought from home. Required supplies for the class are a pair of indoor gym runners, a t-shirt (with sleeves), shorts or sweat pants, and personal hygiene products (Ex - deodorant, possibly body wash/shampoo).</p><p>Activities may include these and/or others based on interest/availability Football Seepak Takra Orienteering Volleyball Tchoukball Slow Pitch Badminton Ping Pong Beach Volleyball Golf Broomball Weight Training Tennis Curling Running Bowling Wheelchair Sports Floor Hockey Cricket Snowshoeing Speedball</p>
