<p> To: All Mentees of the Mentorship Scheme From: Staff Development Committee Date: Early July 2009</p><p>Mentee’s response to the Mentorship scheme In order to identify the scope for improvement on the school’s support for your teaching practice, our department sincerely invites you to give your responses to the scheme. Your responses are always a good source of future reference. </p><p>Please tick ( ) an appropriate box for each of the following items. Very much agree Agree Disagree Very much disagree 1. Your mentor is willing to share his/her teaching experience with you. 2. There were enough opportunities to share with your mentor. 3. Your mentor can offer you appropriate assistance. 4. You are willing to take the initiative in seeking assistance from your mentor. 5. You are able to maintain good communication with your mentor. 6. The mentorship scheme doesn ’ t add to your workload and pressure. 7. The mentorship scheme can sustain your interest in teaching. 8. The mentorship scheme can boost your confidence in teaching. 9. In general, the support you can draw from the school is adequate. 10.
