I will assume full responsibility for any damage of Elkin Creek Vineyard equipment during the use period and occurring as a result of using said facilities. This includes loss or damage by guests attending the function for which the facility is rented.</p><p>I, my guests, and all my contracted services, vendors and their agents and employees will attend and use Elkin Creek Vineyard facilities at our own risk. Elkin Creek Vineyard will not be liable for any damage arising from personal injuries sustained by such persons on the premises of Elkin Creek Vineyard.
