Wedding Contract

WEDDING CONTRACT

I have read and agree to abide by all of the Elkin Creek Vineyard rental regulations. I will assume full responsibility for any damage of Elkin Creek Vineyard equipment during the use period and occurring as a result of using said facilities. This includes loss or damage by guests attending the function for which the facility is rented.

I, my guests, and all my contracted services, vendors and their agents and employees will attend and use Elkin Creek Vineyard facilities at our own risk. Elkin Creek Vineyard will not be liable for any damage arising from personal injuries sustained by such persons on the premises of Elkin Creek Vineyard. In consideration of being granted the right to use the Elkin Creek facility, I hereby release Elkin Creek Vineyard, it’s members, employees and agents from any and all claims, demands or rights of action rising out of such use of the Elkin Creek Vineyard or its facilities.
