The Bluffton Exempted Village Board of Education has received and approves the 2015-2016 Audit as presented.  Five Year Forecast - Revision: Five Year Forecast Revision for Fiscal Years 2017-2021 be approved as submitted.</p><p> Library Hearing: The Board set June 26, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. as the date for the Budget Hearing for the Bluffton Public Library.</p><p> Treasurer’s Records Reviewed: Ken Lugibihl, Board President reviewed the treasurer’s 2016-2017 records and found them to be satisfactory. </p><p> Fund Adjustment:  Class of 2017 Fund (200-9677): Class of 2017 Fund be increased from $7,041.09 to $8,600.12 ($1,559.03 increase) due to beginning balance of $5,791.09 plus $2,809.03 revenue to date, or $8,600.12 to be appropriated and spent as follows: Class of 2017 Expenditures 200-4670-891-9677-000000-003 $ 1,559.03</p><p> Post Prom Fund (200-9680): Post Prom Fund be increased from $15,418.03 to $16,402.03 ($984.00 increase) due to beginning balance of $1,574.03 plus $14,828.00 revenue to date, or $16,402.03 to be appropriated and spent as follows: Post Prom Expenditures 200-4670-891-9680-000000-003 $ 984.00</p><p> Amended Certificate: Treasurer to request an Amended Certificate of Estimated Resources Revision #5 from the Allen County Auditor with decreases as follows:</p><p>Increases: 200-9677 Class of 2017 Fund $ 1,559.03 200-9680 Post Prom Fund $ 984.00</p><p>Mr. Scoles Mrs. Smith Passed Mr. Fruchey Failed Mr. Klinger Vote Mr. Lugibihl </p><p>6. AGREEMENTS: ______moved, seconded by ______the following agreements be approved as presented:</p><p> Northwestern Ohio Educational Research Council Agreement: Bluffton Exempted Village School District will renew its membership to NWOERC for the 2017-2018 school year at a cost of $200.00.</p><p> Northwest Ohio Area Computer Services Cooperative Agreement: Bluffton Exempted Village Board of Education approves the 2017-2020 Northwest Ohio Area Computer Services Cooperative Service Provider Contract Agreement for Computer Services. </p><p> Assistive Technology Contractual Agreement: In accordance with Sections 3313.842 and 3375.14 of the Ohio Revised Code, the Auglaize County Educational Service Center agrees to act as Fiscal Agent for the West Central Ohio Assistive Technology Center. Each person addressing the Board shall give his/her name and address. If several people wish to speak, each person is allotted three minutes until the total time of 30 minutes is used.
