<p> PRIME MINISTER SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM ------Independence - Freedom - Happiness ------No. 28/2011/QD-TTg Ha Noi, Day 17 month 05 2011 DECISION Promulgating list of Export-Import services of Vietnam </p><p>PRIME MINISTER </p><p>Pursuant to the Law of Government Organization dated December 25, 2001; Pursuant to the Law on Statistics dated June 26, 2003; Pursuant to Decree No. 40/2004/ND-CP dated February 13 , 2004 02 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of some articles of the Law on Statistics; At the proposal of the Minister of Planning and Investment, </p><p>DECISION: </p><p>Article 1. Promulgating together with this Decision the list of Viet Nam’s Export-Import Services, including 12 sectors, encoded with four digits: </p><p>1. Transport services (code 2050); </p><p>2. Travel services (code 2360); </p><p>3. Postal services and Telecommunications (code 2450); </p><p>4. Construction services (code 2490); </p><p>5. Insurance services (code 2530); </p><p>6. Financial services (code 2600); </p><p>7. Computer and Information Service (code 2620); </p><p>8. Fee for buying and selling the right to use licenses, trademarks, copyrights (code 2660); </p><p>9. Other business services (code 2680); </p><p>10. Personal services, culture and entertainment (code 2870); 11. Government Services, not elsewhere classified (code 2910); </p><p>12. Logistic Services (code 9000). </p><p>Every service sector is specified into subgroups, and products encoded by four digits. </p><p>Article 2. Assigning Minister of Planning and Investment, based on this decision, to issue Circular specifies the content of the list of Viet Nam’s import and export services, guide and observe the implementation and submit Prime Minister to supplement the list of Viet Nam’s export and import services </p><p>Article 3. Decision takes effect from July 1, 2011. </p><p>Article 4.
