<p> Hybridoma AMS 9.1 (Murine IgD Igh-C a ) – UCHI 1122 </p><p>Antigen – Murine IgD haplotype Igh-Ca (Fc portion) (Note: No cross-reactivity with haplotypes Igh-Cb or Igh-Ce has been observed) </p><p>Antigen Background – IgD is the major antigen receptor isotype coexpressed with IgM on the surface of most peripheral B cells. </p><p>Antibody Class – Mouse IgG2b</p><p>Species recognized – Mouse</p><p>Demonstrated Uses – Flow cytometry, immunofluorescence and stimulation of B-cell proliferation</p><p>Hybridoma Production: SJL mice were immunized with spleen cells from BALB/c mice and the resultant SJL splenocytes were fused with SP2/0 cells.
