
<p> Collegiate 4-H Meeting Minutes March 26, 2015 WSLR 116, 6 p.m. Sign in Call to Order & Welcome: Julie Knapke</p><p>Pledges: American: Emma Hopkins 4-H: Abbey Honnicutt</p><p>ACT speakers: Farmer’s Breakfast: Wed April 15th 9-11 am (plus cleanup time) Set up starts at 7:30 am Will take place in front of CL50 Shifts o 7:30-8:45 am o 8:45-10:15 am o 10:15-11:00 am (plus clean up) We will be serving orange juice, biscuits and gravy, hash browns, and bacon Help is appreciated even if you can’t stay the whole shift o Just put a note for when you’ll be available when you sign up (plus phone #) The club won’t need a lot of volunteers for the set up shift If you bring any supplies be sure to tape your name on it so it doesn’t get mixed up o Items needed: . Can opener, big spoon, spatula, tongs, extension cord, coolers, griddles, skillets Mandatory volunteer meeting date will be announced soon Spread the word! Advertise! Assuming that Orange leaf is open by this date (since they are currently closed due to damage from a crash), it is set up and ready to go!
