<p> Complaints Policy Aims</p><p>Rainbow Playgroup aims to provide a happy, caring and stimulating environment for your child.</p><p>We hope that your child will be very happy with us and that you as parents/carers will be happy with the provision we offer.</p><p>Procedures</p><p>If you have any concerns, there are a number of people at Rainbow who will listen – please note that any complaint is taken seriously and your confidentiality will be respected.</p><p>In the first instance, your complaint should be directed to –</p><p> Hayley Baker/Sue Brown – Managers</p><p>If your complaint is not dealt with satisfactorily, you can contact –</p><p> Committee Chairperson – Hayley Hughes  Committee Vice Chair – Sydnie Corley</p><p>We aim to deal with any complaint quickly, with sensitivity and to take any action deemed necessary in order to resolve your complaint. Our aim is to initiate a response to a complaint within 5 working days.</p><p>A complaint relating to an allegation against a member of staff in connection with poor practice, or abuse against children should be made immediately to: Hayley Baker/Sue Brown - Managers </p><p>All Complaints are registered in our complaints file, and in the case of serious complaint or allegation these are escalated to Ofsted.</p><p>We are members of the Pre-School Learning Alliance and are registered with OFSTED.
