Complaints Policy Aims
Rainbow Playgroup aims to provide a happy, caring and stimulating environment for your child.
We hope that your child will be very happy with us and that you as parents/carers will be happy with the provision we offer.
Procedures
If you have any concerns, there are a number of people at Rainbow who will listen – please note that any complaint is taken seriously and your confidentiality will be respected.
In the first instance, your complaint should be directed to –

If your complaint is not dealt with satisfactorily, you can contact –

We aim to deal with any complaint quickly, with sensitivity and to take any action deemed necessary in order to resolve your complaint. Our aim is to initiate a response to a complaint within 5 working days.
A complaint relating to an allegation against a member of staff in connection with poor practice, or abuse against children should be made immediately to: Hayley Baker/Sue Brown - Managers
All Complaints are registered in our complaints file, and in the case of serious complaint or allegation these are escalated to Ofsted.
