<p> 2014/2015</p><p>CIMA ANNUAL RETURN</p><p>Please ensure you complete the current version of the AML/CTF annual return (2014/2015 version) and that you have read the guidelines for completion (available in the Members’ Handbook). </p><p>The risk of money laundering or terrorist financing varies according to client demographic, the services offered and the jurisdictions operated in. To better understand, and mitigate the associated risks, members must undertake risk assessments of their practice. To meet obligations for AML/CTF purposes they must complete CIMA’s annual return.</p><p>If you are yet to take on clients then theoretical answers should be given, i.e. what you would/will do when clients are in place.</p><p>Use of your personal information: Answers to the questions below will be treated as confidential.
