Our noble goal is to forge the fraternities and sororities of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute into a national model of excellence in Greek affairs.</p><p>Answer the following questions on a separate sheet and attach to this form. Only use sentences when instructed to do so.</p><p>1. List all chapter, IFC/Panhel, or Greek life-related offices you have held as well as the average hours per week you dedicated towards each position. For each office, include a one sentence description of its responsibilities.</p><p>2. List your involvement in on-campus activities, including the average hours per week you dedicated towards each position. Cite membership in any clubs or service organizations, as well as any non-Greek offices you have held within those organizations (i.e. student government, intramural sports, etc.). Do not include co- ops, internships, or summer positions unless you were actively taking classes from Rensselaer at the same time.
