This list contains basic requirements for most types of construction projects. The local government should check the Local Government Guidelines and the TDOT Circular Letters for requirements pertaining to individual construction projects. Materials & Tests (LGG – Chapter 8) LG/CEI issues Pre-Con Meeting Copies to: Minutes  All attendees  Local Program Development Office (LGG – Chapter 8) Contractor submits required Refer to LGG Chapter 8 documents to LG/CEI at Pre- Construction Conference LG/CEI Issues Starting Notice on Copies to: the 1st day work is performed on  Local Program Development Office project  TDOT Regional Construction  TDOT Reg. Materials & Tests (LGG – Chapter 8) LG/CEI Inspects and maintains All inspectors must be qualified/certified Daily Work Reports throughout life as required. Completion date to be  TDOT Reg, Materials & Tests noted in Daily Work Report.  TDOT Civil Rights (CL 105.15-01) LG/CEI/Contractor prepares Documents include: Contract Finalization Documents  Final Estimate  Overrun/Underrun Explanations  End of Job Certificate  CC-3(s) (LGG Chapter 8)  Material Certification Letter</p><p>Page 2 of 2</p>
