<p> ASABE General Body Meeting—10.21.14</p><p>¼ Scale Tractor Team—Annai Santi</p><p> Tomorrow there will be a faculty brainstorming meeting in Room 122 at 5:30pm.</p><p> Yesterday at the BEC meeting, it was announced that there are open positions for E- Week directors. If anybody is interested, please contact Annai Santi or Becca O’Toole.</p><p> Dance Marathon (26.2 hour dance marathon fundraiser for the Children’s Miracle Network) will be hosted next semester. </p><p> o You can register individually or we can register as a club.</p><p> o It will be cheaper to register now rather than later.</p><p> o The club has a general interest in doing this.</p><p>Fountain Wars—Ann Wolfgang and Gerry Zhu</p><p> Neither of these co-captains was present at the meeting. There is no news.</p><p>Homecoming—Samyak Shah (represented by Becca O’Toole)</p><p> The theme on our float was “Limitless Energy.”</p><p> Becca O’Toole shared pictures from the float.</p><p>Treasurer Update—Austin Harvey</p><p> Graduate Student Symposium</p><p> o The costs from the BBQ symposium were $514. About $761 were made from sales. We profited about $240.</p><p> o We have found out that it is difficult to use this event to raise large amounts of funding.</p><p> The current balance is approximately $2600.</p><p> The tractor team is selling T-Shirts for $15.</p><p> Lockers in the Student Room are $10 for the year. Shortly after the meeting, we are all heading to Ruby Tuesday’s for dinner. The restaurant will donate a portion of the bill to ASABE and AOM to anybody that brings in a flyer.</p><p>Service Events—Paul Lengemann</p><p> We will have the volunteer event at Mill Creek Horse Farm this Saturday, Oct. 25th. </p><p> We need minimum of 6 volunteers to commit themselves this Saturday. Volunteers will groom and feed horses in a relaxed setting—no prior experience is needed.</p><p> During the meeting, a sign-up sheet was passed around. The following people are schedule to attend this event:</p><p> o Mary Diaz, Annai Santi, Kyle Hoffman, Austin Harvey, Matthew Guthart, Kimberly Hafner, Eric Eyzaguirre, Andreu Crosby.</p><p> We will meet at the Frazier Rogers parking lot at 8:15am sharp. We will carpool to the farm and begin work at 9:00am. We would like to commit ourselves until at least 12:30pm.
