Put each verb phrase in bold type and underline it so teachers’ eyes immediately go to it.  Follow each verb phrase with the detailed directions for conducting the lesson by describing both the teacher’s and students’ roles. These directions include instructional and teaching strategies to conduct this learning activity.  Indicate differentiation.  Include grouping.  Refer to any resources or materials that are listed above in the “Resources/Materials” section.
