<p>In response to your Email dated December 8, 2006, our office would not be in a position to answer your question, as our office does not deal with consumer affairs on a daily basis. Since Ms. Clother’s resignation no replacement has been made, further to that no legislation was put forward to government as no personnel was available to deal with this office on a full time bases. </p><p>1. Do you have a data base of complaints catalogued by various factors, such as nature of complaint, where the consumer and business are located, the resolution of the complaint, etc.? If so, is that information in a format that could be sent to me? NO</p><p>2. Have you expanded your consumer education efforts since 2000 and, if so, how? NO</p><p>3.
