Sections rolled with this type of thermal break have very good strength, resistance to deformations and thermal expansion, very similar to aluminium. A polyamide thermally broken profile can be powder coated after rolling.GasketsGlazing and rebate gaskets are made from synthetic rubber EPDM or thermoplastic rubber TR according to ISO 3302-1. Gaskets can be both miter and butt joined, as required, by gluing or bonding.Fire insulationInserts are made of GFK preformed plasterboards or of cooling inserts CI and silicate-cement panels manufactured by Promatec-H. Intumescent fire resistance strips are cut off from sheets or supplied in rolls.
