<p> APPLICANT’S AFFIDAVIT TO TAKE THE MISSISSIPPI BAR EXAMINATION PURSUANT TO RULE IV, SECTION 5, C(2)</p><p>FORM 14 b(1)</p><p>I, (applicant should type their name in this blank) am notifying the MBBA that my anticipated date to complete the requirements for my Juris Doctorate degree is (applicant should type the date in this blank).
