<p> European Explorers Google Presentation</p><p>Using The American Journey textbook, selected websites, as well as other resources, create a Google presentation about an explorer that sailed between the1400’s and 1600’s.</p><p>The presentation should have at least 8 slides as follows:</p><p>*Slide 1: Title slide (name of explorer, your names, and period #)</p><p>Slide 2: The country of their birth, the approximate years that they lived, other world events happening during their lifetime</p><p>Slide 3: Background information (previous employment, family, life experiences)</p><p>Slide 4: Which country hired and funded this explorer? What resources did they have for their voyage (ships, supplies, etc.)?</p><p>Slide 5: What were they looking for on their voyage?</p><p>Slide 6: When and where did their voyages occur? Include a map.</p><p>Slide 7: What was their claim to fame? Why is this explorer significant?
