Looking to the Future:</p><p>Starting Grit U: SOCIAL BUSINESS: Online Classes for our guests and for the community to learn more about poverty, conflict resolution and leadership</p><p>Move into Callahan Building: Cannot give hard move in dates yet but I believe we will be in the new building within the next year.</p><p>Neighborhood Building Project: Launch of a time bank, get to know your neighbor pilot project</p><p>Get great ratings from the BBB, ECFA and Certified by AGRM</p><p>Increase Board of Directors </p><p>Develop Board of Directors Training (Share with Neighbors Building Neighborhoods as part of Grit U.</p><p>Develop system where someone in poverty is a member of this board (Possibly current guest rotation)</p><p>Bring Desire to Change under GRM umbrella</p><p>Increase in staff and staff salaries/benefits</p><p>Take select staff to AGRM Convention</p><p>Create one event a quarter to increase volunteers, partners and donations</p><p>Target: 90% or more of shelter guests who stay over 1 month  Dress code around the mission  Online classes  Get a job game  Shorter stays for those who do not want to look for work</p><p>Board of Directors Brad Schell, Nubbin Silver, Sheri Jones, Martin Updike</p><p>Rich Schaus, Executive Director</p><p>Gospel Rescue Mission is tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
