<p> OSHKOSH COMMUNITY YMCA’s MID-WINTER MEET JANUARY 9-10, 2016</p><p>Location: Oshkosh Community YMCA Philip R. Kuhn Pool 3303 W. 20th Avenue Oshkosh, WI 54904</p><p>Facility: Indoor 25 yard pool with 8 lanes, starting blocks in 9 feet of water, electronic timing, 2 manual watches per lane. Spectator bleachers on deck. A rest area away from the pool will be provided.</p><p>Host team: Oshkosh YMCA</p><p>Meet Director: Jay Coleman (920)-230-8439 x 124</p><p>Rules: USA Swimming Technical Rules. Swimmers age as of January 9, 2016</p><p>Meet Schedule: Saturday + Sunday Warm-ups 8:00 – 9:00 AM Competition 9:05 AM</p><p> The meet will be concluded by 1 PM both days. Warm-up could be moved up if necessary to finish by 1 PM.</p><p>Meet Format: The meet will be pre-seeded. With the exception of the 8+U’s, swimmers should report directly to the blocks for each event. The 8+U’s should report to the clerk of course for all individual events. 8+U relays should report directly to the blocks. All 8+U races will start from the block end. </p><p>Time Trials: At the end of each day’s events we will offer time trials until 1 PM each day. The priority for time trials will be first events that are not offered at the meet, 2nd events that aren’t offered that day at the meet, and 3rd events that have been offered that day at the meet. Deadline for signing up for time trials will be 11:00 AM.
