<p>CONSULTATION ON DRAFT INTEGRATION SCHEME FOR NEW EAST DUNBARTONSHIRE HEALTH & SOCIAL CARE PARTNERSHIP</p><p>Background</p><p>Health Boards and Local Authorities need to integrate certain adult health and social care services in order to improve those services.
