It can be fixed and will be ready for our 1st game.  I will purchase a new grill prior to August 13th. I’m waiting till we get some funds in from memberships unless we have the money now.  Robin Bunting is going to clean the concession stand one more time this week.  I hope to meet with Coach Jewel and Mrs. Bass sometime in the next week to discuss details for the concessions this fall.  Prices need to be confirmed and updated on the TV’s if necessary.  I will go to SAMS and purchase supplies for the scrimmages and the 1st home games for soccer and football.</p><p>Spirit Michelle Mendel  Spirit items will need to be purchased and on display for freshman camp on August 11th.  A small inventory will be on hand for those dates.  A cabinet has been purchased and put in place for spirit wear. We will need to be able to secure the items in the cabinet since it does not have a lock. (I would ask that any information or deals being made with vendors/sponsors that Don be included on those emails/discussions.)</p><p>Sports Programs Robin Bunting  If you would like to help in this area please let Robin know.</p><p>Website – GoImps.com Rick Adamson  If you have any new announcements please pass them along and I will update the website as soon as possible.  Fall Registrations are now open.  Fall Sports Schedules will be available August 1st.</p><p>Rent-an-IMP Ken Kinsey  We are also looking for a volunteer to take on this area for next season.  Please submit a request if you are interested in having your child’s name on the pavement around the CHS campus.  Cost is $50.  This info has been updated on the website.</p><p>AD Report Mike Dunphy</p><p>New Business to be brought to the Board.  Fall Raffle tickets will be distributed to all FALL team’s August 1st – Thanks to Moe’s for being providing a coupon on the back of the raffle ticket.  All CHS athletic teams have been notified of the amount of money that will be subtracted from their team accounts for the seasonal raffle prizes.  HUDL bill is due August 1st.  I am still working on updating the website with everyone’s new Board positions for next year. I need to collect this info tonight.  Please look at the info posted below for next year’s board members.
