Sila baca prosedur permohonan dan peraturan dan juga syarat sebelum mengisi borang ini.</p><p>Application Procedures / Prosedur Permohonan: Applicants must meet the following general conditions. Pemohon mestilah memenuhi syarat-syarat berikut:</p><p> This benefit is for GDEX employee's child only. Pinjaman ini hanya untuk anak kakitangan GDEX sahaja. </p><p> The applicant must be a permanent employee of GDEX. Pemohon mestilah kakitangan tetap GDEX.</p><p> This benefit is only applicable for GDEX's employee children who had received an offer from local public higher educational institution (IPTA) which has been certified by Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA). Pinjaman ini hanya akan diberikan untuk tawaran daripada Institut Pengajian Tinggi Awam (IPTA) yang telah diiktiraf oleh Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).</p><p> This benefit is only applicable for GDEX's employee children who had received an offer for degree level and above (Minimum: degree level). Pinjaman ini hanya untak tawaran sekurang-kurangya bagi peringkat ijazah dan keatas ( Minimum : Peringkat Ijazah).</p><p> This benefit is only applicable for GDEX's employee who had served company for at least five (5) years. Pinjaman ini hanya untuk kakitangan yang telah berkhidmat sekurang –kurangnya (5) tahun.</p><p> The approval of this benefit is subject to applicant's previous disciplinary record. Kelulusan pinjaman adalah tertakluk kepada rekod disiplin.</p><p> This benefit is only applicable for applicant who had minimum acceptable marks on his / her latest previous appraisal. Pinjaman ini hanya untuk pemohon yang mempunyai markah nilai prestasi minimum yang diterima.</p><p> This benefit is only applicable for maximum two (2) children per employee. Pinjaman ini hanya terhad kepada maksimum dua (2) orang anak bagi setiap kakitangan.</p><p> The Working Committee reserves the right to amend or revise any term and condition as and when necessary. All changes to the terms and conditions of service shall be approved by Trustees.
