<p> Spinach Bacon Salad</p><p>1 bag of washed baby spinach</p><p>5 mushrooms (sliced)</p><p>I red onion (sliced thinly)</p><p>3 eggs (hard boiled)</p><p>6 strips of bacon (fried)</p><p>( One of my Mom’s great hand me downs ) Dressing: 1/8 cup of rice vinegar, 2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp of mustard, 2 hardboiled mashed yolks, ½ tsp of garlic salt, 1 tsp of lemon juice. Mash egg yolks together, add all other ingredients and cream well. </p><p>Wash and cut spinach, along with all other vegetables. Chop the egg whites, crumble the bacon. Add all ingredients to a large serving bowl. Do not put the dressing on the salad until 15 minutes before serving. The salad will go limp within 1 hr so serve it all up! </p>
