<p> HONORS CREDIT For Women’s Chorale & Concert Choir</p><p>In order to receive honors credit for either of these two courses, you must do the following:</p><p>. Discuss with the director whether you would be willing/able to fulfill the requirements below. . Get approved by the director to take the course for honors credit. . You must prepare adequately for the audition and perform to the best of your ability. If it is clear to the director that you were not prepared, the audition will not count. It is not, however, essential that you be accepted into the festival.</p><p>** This will entail working on the choral library, cataloging and organizing the music in the filing cabinets. It could also mean preparing music to be handed out, i.e. Numbering/hole-punching new music and adding it to the database.</p><p>***This will entail learning the piano accompaniment and all vocal parts for at least one piece on which your ensemble is currently working.</p><p>****Must be in good standing with the teacher of this second course.</p>
