If any current policies such as I have described exist in written form, or if any current policies exist which includes such terms, a copy of those policies;</p><p>Manchester City Council does not operate a ‘no-firing policy’.</p><p>2. If no such policies exist, a copy of any current HR policies which make reference to dismissal and the circumstances under which staff may be dismissed;</p><p>I am enclosing a copy of both the disciplinary and capability policies which govern conduct and performance issues. The policy for managing absence is currently under review and can be provided once the review is completed.</p><p>3.
