<p>Hats/Hatstand Productions and IT/AV Support.</p><p>Timetable</p><p>Date Responsible Action perfomance- Hats/Hatstands Complete all booking forms for 40 days production and confirm dates of production and times for rigging etc. Book room via official channels (inc time to rig and de-rig room). Provide main and deputy contact for all communications between IT and Hats/Hatstands. Draft/preliminary sound and lighting requirements inc what they are trying to achieve artistically. Very basic list. Complete Appendix 1</p><p> perfomance IT Feedback on draft items to be sent to -3 weeks main contact Equipment list should be completed by IT Department and sent to Hats/Hatstands contact Complete Appendix 2</p><p> perfomance Hats/Hatstands Final sound and lighting requirements -1 weeks i.e. lighting and sound plans filled out. (or sooner if Information on hired equipment i.e. possible) hardware models and any equipment that requires licences should have documentation emailed through. ID any training requirements. Complete Appendix 3</p><p> perfomance IT Setup of lighting and sound. Room -1day should be clear of people during initial setup. Main contact/deputy should be available to sign off the setup. Tech rehearsal should occur immediately after this whilst technicians are available to change equipment and resolve issues.</p><p>Performance Hats/Hatstands De-rigging IT Room will be de-rigged. (next All hired in equipment should be working removed and is not the responsibility of day) the IT Department.
